Submit the transaction TXID from the user's dashboard.
Submit Transaction ID
1.Login to the member's area.
2.On the "My Account" page,go to the "Submit Transaction ID" menu.
3.Click "New Ticket".
4.Paste your direct transfer TXID to the description area and click "submit".
